What is XtreamerTV?
XtreamerTV is an IPTV subscription: live TV channels and on-demand movies and series delivered over your internet connection. You receive login details that work in popular IPTV player apps on Smart TVs, Firestick, Android, Apple devices, computers and MAG boxes.
What internet speed do I need?
As a guide, around 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K per stream. A wired Ethernet connection is more stable than Wi-Fi, especially for live sports.
Is IPTV legal?
IPTV is simply a way of delivering TV over the internet and the technology itself is legal. Laws about what may be streamed differ by country, so please make sure your use complies with the laws where you live.
How is IPTV different from cable or satellite?
IPTV delivers TV over your internet connection instead of a cable line or dish. There's no installation visit or equipment rental, and you can watch on several kinds of devices.
Plans & payment
What plans do you offer?
1, 3, 6 and 12-month plans, each available with 1, 2, 3 or 4 simultaneous connections. Longer plans cost less per month. See the pricing page for current prices.
How do I subscribe?
Choose a plan and select Get It Now. Your order opens on WhatsApp, where we confirm details and payment options. Your login details are sent once payment is confirmed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available methods depend on your region. We confirm the options with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. When it ends, you decide whether to renew.
Can I get a refund?
We recommend the free trial first. Refund requests for verified technical issues on our side are handled under our refund policy.
Setup & devices
Which app should I use?
TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro on Firestick and Android TV, IBO Player Pro or Smart IPTV on Samsung and LG TVs, GSE Smart IPTV on Apple devices, and VLC on computers. Our installation guides cover each one step by step.
How many devices can I use?
Each plan is sold with 1, 2, 3 or 4 simultaneous connections. You can install the service on as many devices as you like, but only that many can stream at the same time.
How do I install IPTV on a Firestick?
Allow installs from unknown sources for the Downloader app, install IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, then log in with the Xtream Codes details we send you. Our installation page has every step.
What's the difference between M3U and Xtream Codes?
An M3U link is a single playlist URL. Xtream Codes is a login (server, username, password) that also loads the TV guide, catch-up and separate movie and series sections. Use Xtream Codes when your app supports it.

How does the free trial work?
Request a trial on our free trial page or on WhatsApp. We send you 24-hour test details so you can check picture quality and channel availability on your own device — no payment needed.
How do I contact support?

Why is my stream buffering?
Most buffering comes from the home network. Restart your router and device, use Ethernet if you can, and check your speed. If one channel keeps buffering, send us its name and the time so we can check it.
What is an EPG?
The electronic program guide is the on-screen TV schedule showing what's on now and next for supported channels.
